Loesch Verpackungstechnik, the system supplier, is exhibiting at FachPack in Nuremberg between 25 and 27 September. In hall 1, stand 1-218, the specialist for confectionery packaging from Upper Franconia is presenting its RCB-HS wrapping head machine. The machine from the Loesch R-Series is designed for the packaging of small-sized chocolate products in premium fold wraps. August 2018 – Last year MULTIVAC Marking & Inspection launched the DP 230, the first model in a new generation of direct web printers, for integrating into R 08x and R 1xx thermoforming packaging machines. From the 4th quarter of 2018 onwards, the new models of direct web printers will also be available for the R 2xx and R 5xx thermoforming packaging machines.

BUILDING TO BE COMPLETED AS PLANNED 
Copious glazed windows, overlooking green spaces to the west and the warehouse to the east. This describes the striking appearance of the new Optima logistics center, of around 6,000 square meters in size. Employees from the Materials Management division, together with the Purchasing, Logistics and Quality Assurance departments, moved into the new premises as planned at the beginning of July 2018. The building sets whole new standards in terms of environmental standards, the IT concept and working conditions.
