Packaging Color Manufacturing (PCM Grupo) has recently integrated a cutting-edge machine into its operations, enhancing its bottle and container decoration capabilities while bolstering production capacity and service efficiency. This latest addition underscores PCM's commitment to environmental responsibility.
The introduction of the Kammann K15 machine enables PCM Grupo to substantially boost production capacity and streamline customer service, all while upholding its environmental ethos. Notably, the K15's compatibility with UV inks offers a more eco-friendly alternative to conventional inks, as UV inks emit fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during the drying process, thus reducing environmental impact and ensuring the safety of workers.
This advanced decoration process involves a combination of screen printing and hot stamping on bottles and glass containers, facilitated by the precision and speed of the Kammann K15. With a printing capacity of up to 3500 impressions per hour and the ability to print up to 5 colors in a single pass, this new decoration line sets a new standard for quality and efficiency. Additionally, the Kammann K15's registration system ensures precise print alignment, further enhancing the quality of the finished products.
