 Duraco Specialty Materials (“Duraco” or “Company”), a leading manufacturer of specialty materials including pressure-sensitive tapes and labels, coated films, and release liners, announced today that it has acquired Strata-Tac, Inc. (“Strata-Tac”), a leading manufacturer of custom engineered pressure sensitive self-adhesive products and top coated films, from private sellers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Packaging company SÜDPACK has collaborated with Arla Foods to chemically recycle maturing bags for mozzarella cheese and develop a circular business model to reduce the CO2 footprint and consumption of fossil feedstock for cheese packaging.

According to SÜDPACK, the chemical recycling process is intended to keep the plastic within the loop and recycle them back into new packaging instead of being sent to incineration.

TNT Group also produced and assembled the black ribbon with gold-plated brass, custom-made aglets, attached to the ribbon without glue, which adorn the collar. The tape fits perfectly to the neck design and is not glued either.

The meticulous polishing of the zamac top was delicate, particularly in the hard-to-reach corners of the base.

The product is a high sugar content syrup to be packed in two formats, 100 and 50 ml bottles, with a plastic screw-up cap and tamper-evident sleeve.
The production speed may reach 80 bottles/minute.
