BargerGard is a Polyurethane (TPU) material that can be die-cut, welded and/or formed to protect the sterile barrier and the medical instruments and components from hip stems and catheters to needless and screws from damage. It is an alternative to foam and vinyl packaging options. It can be used in both sterile and non-sterile medical packaging applications. It can be die-cut into protective liners or envelopes, used as void fill or welded and sealed into pouches which can be perforated for ease of opening by clinicians. BargerGard material is flexible, lightweight, puncture and abrasion resistant and provides high levels of product protection against denting & scratches and can fit into multitude of configurations while maintaining the integrity of sterile barriers.
