As a dosing unit in combination with the rotary scale, this control communicates directly with the weighing terminal via digital I / Os. This is how the complete dosing cycle is run. No PLC is required, or all time-relevant switching processes are decoupled from the PLC. A special pulse re-dosing mode is integrated, it enables small quantity corrections in the gram range.
For example, with the solids PreciDos DN65 and the solid rotary pan scale GSC20, a long-term dosing accuracy of ± 1g can be achieved with a cohesive metal powder, bulk density 1.8kg / dm³.
The fine metering device is actuated on the inlet side. As a result, the snail is very slim at the discharge. No access is necessary in this area, as the closure can be pulled out through the screw tube.
A horizontal agitator in the screw inlet ensures that the conveying channel is always filled.
solids PreciDos can easily be dismantled for cleaning purposes. The sturdy back plate on which both electric drives, the entire pneumatic system and the electrical control are mounted, can be moved backwards together with the screw spiral and the stirring tool on a running rail with roller scales. This makes all parts to be cleaned easily accessible.
The auger tube can also be removed at the front.
For applications in the food industry, the dosing device is designed in accordance with GMP and FDA. The sizes DN65, DN80 and DN100 are available.
