Guangzhou xiaohua&rsquos xh2000 automatic gluemaking system, whose buyers include hefei chaoyi packing and printing corporation, was successfully tested on october 22 and 25. The test used the 2.2m, sevenlayer corrugated strings produced by guosheng and xieyang.
The system is composed of a 6m3 starch storing and sending system, xh2000 gluemaking machine, two 4500l automatic glue storing systems and a glue point examining system. The system can meet the entire glue needs for the production of 75sqm of fivelayer corrugated carton in 24 hours. It only takes one hour a day to prepare the materials and the machine runs automatically.
