US-based provider of strapping systems EAM-Mosca has announced the addition of Movitec rotary ring stretch wrapping machines to its product portfolio.

A Mosca company, Movitec is a manufacturer of pallet rotary ring stretch wrapping machines. The rotary ring stretch wrappers offer protection and stability for palletised and unpalletised loads.

EAM-Mosca is the Mosca affiliate in the Americas, providing a range of Mosca equipment, including some speciality systems that are manufactured in North America. 

sustainable plastic packaging experts Greiner Packaging announced the news of a partnership with creative technology studio Appetite Creative to advance its sustainable K3 packaging.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the conception of Greiner Packaging’s K3, a cardboard-plastic combination developed in Diepoldsau, Switzerland with the aim of saving plastic. As part of its celebrations, the sustainable packaging company has partnered with Appetite Creative to create, what they say is a fun and interactive experience to mark the evolution of K3.

When it comes to the SEALPAC Amax-series traysealers, the name says it all. Based on decades of experience in tray-sealing, they have been designed to achieve previously unattainable, maximized results in terms of productivity and efficiency. These machines are characterized by their economical use of energy and particularly low-wear design. This reduces maintenance costs and increases their availability in the production area. Each Amax traysealer reliably processes a wide variety of trays and film, including today’s resource-saving combinations.

At interpack, SEA Vision Group is showing the public the work of recent years in terms of the evolution of technologies for the company’s three business divisions: machine vision, traceability, and process automation.

In traceability, the main focus will be on the blister track & trace software (installed on a Marchesini Group blister packaging line) performing the in-line printing of serialized artworks on primary packaging, together with complete aggregation up to pallet level.

Parason, a major producer and supplier of pulp and paper machinery, has partnered with ABB India to automate and expand the production of environmentally-friendly, compostable packaging solutions. This collaboration aims to reduce the use of single-use plastics and Styrofoam packaging among Parason’s customers, including those in the restaurant and catering industries, transportation, travel, and industrial canteens.
