ALKOseal pierce ‘n’ peel has a distinctive opening feature
With ALKOseal pierce ‘n’ peel, Meyer Seals has created a two piece induction liner with a unique feature. The membrane of ALKOseal pierce ‘n’ peel consists of an additional PET layer where a highly accurate laser cuts the opening perforation design.
The perforation is so accurately positioned that it does not affect the current benefits of the ALKOseal family:

2 The hermetic sealing of the product, ensuring no potential leakers
3 The audible crack when the primary and secondary liners are separated, providing the tamper evidence that consumers expect
A perforation in the membrane helps the consumer to peel off the foil in a smooth way.
Structure:
With either board or foam as a reseal material, ALKOseal pierce ‘n’ peel is suffciently compressible to ensure that the pressures are achievable to maximise the operating window of the induction process.
