Tokyo, Japan – Konica Minolta, Inc. proudly announced that its Konica Minolta Mechatronics Co., Ltd. head office plant has achieved Platinum recognition, the highest distinction in the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) corporate social responsibility audit. This accolade reflects Konica Minolta's unwavering commitment to labor standards, workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices.
The RBA, comprising approximately 250 global companies, evaluates supply chain practices to foster improvements in labor conditions, health and safety, environmental impact, and ethical governance. Konica Minolta, a member of the RBA since 2013, has continuously advanced these goals across its operations.

Konica Minolta’s achievement places its digital printing systems plant in an elite category within the RBA's Validated Assessment Program (VAP), which ranks companies at Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels. All of Konica Minolta's global production sites for multifunction peripherals (MFPs) and digital printing systems, except toner production facilities, now hold RBA recognition, underscoring the company’s comprehensive commitment to CSR.

Konica Minolta Mechatronics serves as a core facility for the production of the company's flagship digital printing systems and critical components related to imaging, optics, and precision technologies.
