The Brazilian group Villagres , a well-established brand in the porcelain stoneware market, has confirmed its partnership with TecnoFerrari for the development of its storage, both raw and cooked, and for the handling of the slabs.
The agreement reached provides for the supply of loading / unloading machines at the kiln entrance for the storage and handling of raw material, with formats up to 1800mm and thicknesses ranging from 6 to 12 mm.
The project includes the supply of a TR300: a Box unloading machine in front of the kiln, equipped with a mobile roller conveyor with incorporated translator. The Tr300 is able to manage the handling in a simple and reliable way and to guarantee a high accuracy in the treatment of the material.
To ensure maximum flexibility, material handling will be entrusted to TGVBOX automatic vehicles.
The shuttles, supplied with TecnoFerrari magnetic guide system and lithium battery, are designed to handle material with capacities up to 15 tons and are equipped with sophisticated active and passive safety systems, capable of continuously monitoring the surrounding space, significantly increasing safety. .
The plant will allow the Brazilian group to have full control of the process and an adequate optimization of the production cycle, as well as to significantly reduce costs due to production stops.
The consultancy inclination and the experience acquired over the years have allowed TecnoFerrari to strengthen its relationship with Villagres and with Brazil.
For TecnoFerrari, the agreement with the Brazilian group represents a subsequent approval of the reliability of its products. A further international recognition of its storage and handling systems for large formats.
