ReForm is a recycle-ready thermoforming film suitable for packaging frozen and fresh meat, deli, poultry, cheese, and seafood products in vacuum and modified atmosphere conditions. It also runs efficiently on high-speed thermoforming packaging equipment.
The benefits of ReForm are consistent with retailers' sustainability objectives. ReForm provides a significant reduction in GHG emissions versus equivalent nylon-based film, and also boasts a slightly higher yield (g/sq m) versus equivalent nylon-based film.
Coupled with our ReLam non-forming recycle-ready structure, ReForm offers excellent oxygen barrier properties in a complete recycle-ready package.

For most applications, Winpak complements flexible lidding with rigid packaging. DIE-CUT LIDDING : Die-cut Lidding. We combine state of the art production technology with a wide variety of sealant options to specifically match the application, while also providing superior printing features. Winpak manufactures die-cut flexible lidding in a range of sizes from 40 to 169 mm, with various lid shapes. Custom size and shape die-cut lids are also available.
C SERIES CUPS: C-Series cups are round thermoformed containers with flat lips. C-Series cups can be used for a wide range of applications and products, and are designed to be run on high-speed fill/seal packaging machines.

IN MOLD LABEL : Winpak is the only supplier that can deliver the complete package solution of an In Mold Label (IML) container, IML overcap and die-cut lidding. Our overcaps are made from the same material as the container and the label which cuts down on waste, reduces labor costs and promotes recycling.
Typical applications include room temperate or refrigerated products such as shredded cheeses, yogurt, spreadable cream cheeses, hummus, RTE meals, condiments and dips, and more. Applications can be either non barrier PP or barrier PP. Barrier can be either oxygen barrier or light barrier depending upon the application.
