Pivotal role to be played by the new KUBE labellers, offering technology that combines reliability and productivity with versatility. Alongside them, complete bottling lines specially designed for the beer industry, which have already won acclaim from some of the world’s major beer bottlers.
Craft Brewers Conference & Brewexpo America is an event in the USA aimed at both beer dealers and bottling professionals. This event will be held from 3rd to 6th May 2016 in the city of Philadelphia. Sacmi will be there with its own stand (n° 4059) to attract more than 10,000 industry professionals who are expected to attend the event and to illustrate its cutting-edge technology, such as the modular labelling on the new KUBE range. Designed to offer maximum flexibility of use on an ever-evolving market, KUBE is characterised by a hard-wearing, compact structure – made entirely of stainless steel – to which labelling units are connected outside the turret. This allows handling, in parallel, of different label application technologies with just one passage through the machine: self-adhesive, hot glue and cold glue, thus providing outstanding versatility. Moreover, use and maintenance are made extremely easy due to the structural set-up, designed to ensure easy access to vital machine parts.
Alongside innovative labelling solutions, Sacmi also proposes complete filling lines configured to comply with the strict specifications of the in-glass beer bottling industry (e.g. the filling system uses vacuum technology to minimise in-bottle oxygen residues, a crucial factor in ensuring organoleptic quality); these lines have allowed Sacmi to acquire strategically important endorsements among the world’s key beer makers. Further solutions for the manufacture and application of crown caps – a sector in which Sacmi has been the undisputed world leader for over 50 years – complete the picture.
A manufacturing/service company with branches on five continents, Sacmi also guarantees fast, far-reaching after sales assistance. All plant engineering solutions are, instead, developed and tested at the Beverage R&D centre, a facility certified by top international players and of pivotal importance to all the Group’s operations in the industry.
