Forlenza sees major growth potential in the Pharma, Automotive, and Industrial sectors, where Schreiner Group’s innovative solutions have been established for decades. Drawn to the company for its focus on innovation and strong family-oriented culture, Forlenza felt an immediate connection to the company. His extensive experience in the specialty chemicals industry, particularly adhesives, aligns well with Schreiner Group’s core product offerings.
His first weeks at Schreiner Group have been marked by a warm welcome from the team. “The local team has been incredibly supportive,” he says. “I even had the chance to run my first label on the production press, and I plan to frame it as a keepsake.” Listening and collaboration are key to Forlenza’s leadership style, and he’s committed to mentoring and coaching the team to help Schreiner Group reach new heights.

Schreiner Group established its production site in Blauvelt in 2008, which initially produced exclusively for the Schreiner MediPharm division and the pharmaceutical industry. The site since has expanded to include Schreiner ProTech, which focuses on the automotive and general industries. Today, over 90 employees at the Blauvelt facility produce high-tech labels and functional parts for the entire North American market.
