
New OE-A board 2025 – 2029 has been elected. Dr. Alain Schumacher has been appointed to be the Chair of the Board. The new Board will be introduced at the OE-A General Assembly on February 24 in Munich.
Frankfurt, Germany, February 05, 2025 – The members of the OE-A (Organic and Printed Electronics Association) appointed Dr. Alain Schumacher, IEE, as the new Chair of the Board of Directors at the end of January. Dr. Luke Pan, Brilliant Optoelectronic Technology is the new Vice Chair for Asia. Dr. Carsten L. Herzhoff, Lohmann, and Dr. Chloé Bois, ICI are elected as Vice Chair Europe and North America respectively.

Dr. Alain Schumacher thanked Stan Farnsworth, PulseForge, for his six years of leadership at OE-A board of directors. “With his experience in marketing and passion for deep-tech, Stan strongly inspired the OE-A community to enhance out of the box and market-oriented thinking, focusing on challenges and opportunities of printed electronics. Under Stan’s leadership the OE-A working group marketing was established, reflecting the growing importance of market-related tasks and topics for our industry to support members’ marketing efforts.”
