1. Lower print resolution

Although thermal inkjet printers can print at a very high print resolution of 600 dpi, it is not always necessary. While barcodes and data matrix codes usually have to be high-resolution, a lower dot density will do for many other applications. Test which print quality is sufficient for you. The lower the resolution of the printed image, the lower the ink consumption.

2. Select a different font

Spread over an area of around 103 acres at the Saykha Industrial Area, the proposed project will come up in two phases – having a capacity of 2,25,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) and a 18 megawatt captive power plant in each phase, to be operational in 2020 at an estimated cost of Rs 1000 crore, the company said in its mediastatement.
