"we are confident that the process we went through with the city was proper and thorough."o&39neill, a member of the city&39s business improvement district, said he is concerned about the truck traffic that just beverages will need to support its operations and the impact that traffic will have on the roads."it is a manufacturing plant in the city. traffic becomes part of the manufacturing. it does not belong in the city," o&39neill said."just estimates two to three inbound truck trips daily from the glens falls watershed property to the broad street facility initially, increasing to as many as 16 over the course of several years, depending on the growth of the business," said mark behan, a spokesman for the company and president of behan communications inc., a marketing firm with offices in glens falls and albany, new york."in terms of outbound truck trips carrying packaged water to market, just estimates one tractor trailer daily initially, increasing to as many as eight over the course of several years, again, depending on the growth of the business," behan added.
