Saica e-Wine is an effective solution to protect the bottles in shipments by parcel and courier channel e-commerce. Distributed design protects the glass tabs on all axes of impact, thus avoiding possible damage to bumps and falls. Made of 100% recycled cardboard and recyclable packaging uses cardboard surface smaller compared to other models on the market, so the costs and the need for storage space is reduced. In addition, it is mounted in less than five seconds, which speeds up the packaging process. Variable height abutments block movement preventing bottles on the vertical axis inside the box and configuring a sturdy and compact block. SAICA Pack Viana has collaborated with the Technological Institute of Aragon (ITAInnova ) for conducting impact testing and perfecting the design. Saica e-Wine has been approved by the demanding international standard ISTA 3A (International SafeTransitAssociation), which requires overcoming 17 falls at different heights on all sides and angles of the box, as well as two series of vibration tests. At present, this package is being used by major wineries, and found in it a simple, versatile and economical alternative for mailings and messaging.
