How does this technology work?
Place a coin on a piece of paper and move it back and forth, making the left-to-right movement faster than the right-to-left movement. You will see that the coin slides against the right edge of the sheet until it falls down.
The kinematics, designed for long-term operation with low maintenance requirements, are generated by mechanics lubricated in an oil bath.
A whole range of advanced dosing devices and solutions has been developed on the basis of this principle: differential dosing devices, high-precision micro-dosing devices, spreaders, volumetric multi-head dosing spreaders.
High-precision micro-
dosing device : “Fine dosing SPA” These dosing devices are probably the first on the market to achieve such a high level of performance in terms of accuracy, short dosing times and flexibility.
The product is dosed into a rotating bowl mounted on a precision measuring cell. Sensitive parts such as the drive and scales are protected with a stainless steel housing. At the end of the dosing process, the rotating bowl is emptied by turning 180 degrees; turns.
The integrated dosing processor optimizes the coarse and fine dosing and has an automatic tolerance control.
The "fine dosing system" allows a coarse / fine dosing ratio of 1/50.
With these dosing devices it is possible, for example, to dose 3 grams of fine powder such as flour with a standard deviation of 0.03 grams and a dosing time of 5 seconds.
The construction corresponds to the requirements of the fine chemical as well as the pharmaceutical and food industries. All surfaces are of appropriate quality. The parts that come into contact with the product can easily be dismantled for optimal cleaning.
