vinstar smart combines the simple standard wine aluminum closure with a gasket that ensures higher protection for the wine. this is fully compatible with current wine bottles and capping equipment. it keeps internal pressure of up to 4 bars and is ideal for a wide range of fizz wines. the closure offers numerous possibilities for decoration and design flat litho and offset multicolor printing and hot foil printing. the pvcfree gasket gives excellent air tightness, significantly better than the saranbased liners. in spite of this the opening is smooth and easy. the closure is available in two dimensions 30x60 and 28x44 and can be used for both still and sparkling wines.  liners are suitable for pasteurization and are fixed to the aluminum without risk of distortion after cool down.
