HP and Canva have announced a groundbreaking collaboration to offer unique design-to-print services and experiences to over 185 million monthly Canva users via HP Print Service Providers (PSPs) worldwide. This global, multi-year partnership aims to deliver an accessible, scalable, and sustainable printing experience to Canva's extensive customer base, with localized printing options facilitated by the HP PrintOS Suite automation. This will accelerate the onboarding process and increase new print volume for HP’s integrated network of PSPs.
Founded in 2013, Canva boasts over 185 million monthly users, including 95% of the Fortune 500. Since the launch of Canva Print in 2017, users have been able to design and print various products such as business cards, brochures, flyers, stickers, marketing collateral, and apparel, with customizable options. This collaboration will leverage HP’s extensive global network of Industrial Print and Large Format to deliver a wide range of print services to Canva users.
HP PrintOS Site Flow will enhance Canva's reach by automating production and shipping processes for PSPs, streamlining print jobs with features like auto-scheduling, color consistency, security, barcode tracking, and optimal productivity. The expansion of HP’s PrintOS Suite with new features will provide the Canva Print Operations team with powerful tools to manage a global SKU catalog across HP-enabled PSPs.
Earlier this month, Canva launched Canva Enterprise, a new subscription option designed to meet the growing demand from large organizations. Canva plans to expand its print services to 150 countries by 2026. As part of the agreement, HP will implement Canva Enterprise within their organization, enabling HP’s global marketing and sales teams to securely create, collaborate, and publish visual content.
This new collaboration aligns with HP and Canva's shared commitment to sustainability, allowing teams to create impactful visual content while reducing their carbon footprint through localized operations.
