This newly developed joint pad made of corrugated cardboard helps the carton being attached to the pallet. The carton is fixed by the weight of the contents without using nails or PP bands. Honeycomb board is used for the grinder to provide strength same as wooden pallet. The pad can be applicable to a variety of pallets by changing its size. This pad saves the packaging cost by reducing the usage of nail and PP band material.
