With an existing line previously supplied by Yorkshire Packaging Systems (YPS) working ‘exceptionally well’ in another area of its operation, BR Pharmaceutical discussed its needs for this process with the YPS team. The line was dedicated to packaging small bottles of vitamins and BR required a reliable solution that fits with the company’s commitment to equipping its operation with ‘modern, high-quality’ processes.
The YPS team recommended and installed a Minipack side feed sleeve wrapper with 500mm sealing jaw. The installation moved the packaging of this line from a semi-automatic to fully-automatic operation.
