<p style="line-height: 20.8px;">Plastivision India exhibition is widely renowned for extending an opportunity for participants such as manufacturers, dealers and buyers to stay updated with the innovation in plastic. This flagship event in India is on the calendar of plastics industry worldwide. It also offers a platform for plastic professionals to tap talented candidates from across the state and the globe.</p>
<p style="line-height: 20.8px;">“Plastivision Job & Career Fair” was the first of its kind initiative taken by All India Plastic Manufacturer’s Association (AIPMA) during Plastivision 2013. More than 200 interviews were conducted on the venue. Around 12 reputed employees participated in the job fair and 20 candidates were either selected in the round of interview or got spot offers.</p>
<p style="line-height: 20.8px;">Several educational institutes that impart training in plastic/polymer technology and packaging from diploma to Ph.D. were also present in the pavilion. These institutions displayed their activities of testing, academia and certification to offer options to professionals to enhance their skill levels.</p>
<p style="line-height: 20.8px;">The event also allowed these institutes to promote their students as industrial trainees. Not a single employee of the exhibitors of Plastivision India 2013 was allowed to give the interview or explore the jobs offered.</p>
<p style="line-height: 20.8px;">The next Plastivision India event will be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregoan between 19-23 January 2017. ‘Career Fair Arena’ is the next greatest form of networking and communication for employers and job seekers.
