canada&39s broadcast regular is addressing a longheld complaint by many cable and satellite customers the bundling of channels.bundling means they have to pay for channels they never watch just to get the ones they want.the crtc is ordering cable and satellite companies to offer a basic package of channels costing a maximum of 25dollars a month.by the end of next year, customers can add to that package by purchasing only the channels they want. 5crtc chairman jeanpierre blais suggests the new system of delivering tv channels will have winners and losers.blais says viewers will come out ahead because they&39ll be free to choose the content that meets their needs and budgets.however, he says jobs could be lost because some providers and channels might not survive
