Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley, in partnership with Nestlé and Tetra Pak, convened over 60 Swiss and European partners at a nationwide event in Bern this week. This collaborative initiative aims to highlight promising sustainable packaging materials and foster innovation through new partnerships.
Christina Senn-Jakobsen, CEO of Swiss Food & Nutrition Valley, emphasized the importance of collaboration, stating, "This event showcased the incredible potential of collaborative innovation. The challenges around sustainable packaging cannot be solved in silos. Collaboration between startups, established multinationals, research institutions, and governmental bodies is crucial."
