appe has launched a new aerosol product &ldquo spraypet reveal&rdquo which it states is the world&rsquos first fully transparent bagonvalve system.this transparent bag valve packaging makes the bagonvalve bov system visible for the first time, providing new perspectives for the consumer.aluminium or other metals are replaced by plastic and manufactured in a twophase injection stretch blow process. bagonvalve pouches, usually opaque silver in colour, are flexible multilayer laminated bags, made from layers of nylon, polyethylene and aluminium but this power pouch is manufactured from singlelayer pet. the pack features seamless inner bag which is a new approach.the product can be sprayed at any angle.the spraypet reveal was launched at the aerosol and dispensing forum in paris between 45 february.the innovation is the result of a partnership between appe and appe and usbased manufacturer of airless dispensing systems power container corp.spraypet reveal is the combination of appe&rsquos transparent spraypet container with power container corp&rsquos power pouch dispensing system.according to europeanexclusive agreement between both companies means that spraypet is the only plastic aerosol container that can be used with power pouch.this packaging offers all the benefits of a standard bagonvalve aerosol, yet create shelf differentiation by showcasing the product to maximum advantage.
