turbofil packaging machines will unveil two new products at the 2015 packexpo east show in philadelphia, pennsylvania.the products include the new multihead hybrid capper mh120 and reditrace pharmaceutical track and trace.mhc120 is a technologydriven solution for bottle capping and can be deployed over the customer&39s existing conveyor.turbofil said the racetrack layout has the capacity to deliver capping speeds of about 120 containers per minute.the company developed the reditrace solution in partnership with miracom computer.turbofil said the reditrace cloud&39s track and trace platform is hardware independent, enabling a choice of printer, camera and sensor. the cloud based system allows an enterprise wide sharing solution with controlled access to all information without the need of local infrastructure.data can also be stored locally before upload in order to avoid downtime during software upgrades or line outage.turbofil vice president of marketing & business development deborah smook said "turbofil has always been driven by innovation, and our goal is to continue to develop and deliver advanced products that improve operational reliability and flexibility for our customers, particularly those with specialized needs."packexpo east attendees can expect to see a broad range of systems that demonstrate our dedication to developing the right solutions to meet our customers&39 special needs."turbofil will also unveil several other advanced technologies at the event including vers40 vial filling and assembly system unipuck adjustable puck system syringe and applicator filling systems and nail polish filling and assembly.
