The system consisted of 4 processing lines for cherries, of the 4 Engler de-stalking machines, however, only one is still for sale. But all four FERRUM pitting machines.
After pitting, the cherries were placed in the tinplate cans using a special belt weigher. The infusion was dosed using a six-digit vacuum filling machine, make Engler.
The pitting machines are all equipped with pitting plates for cherries 24/12 mm.
