- Official launch of the three latest system solutions for gentle packaging of sweet and savoury biscuits in slug or pile packs. The first two modular systems focus on scalability, enabling manufacturers to easily expand their production capacity or increase automation levels at their own pace. The third solution, our high-performance system, has been developed to provide maximum productivity at high production volumes.
- Two new solutions for dairy, baby and pumpable food: the Osgood rotary fill and seal machine and the latest Ampack aseptic linear fill and seal machine for enhanced food safety, various levels of output, compact spaces and ease of use.
- Complete system solution for jelly producers looking for a hygienically designed system: Rapidsolver – the dissolving solution for depositing masses – the mogul plant for starch moulding, the drying room and the vertical form, fill and seal machine for high-speed packing of jelly products.
- The seamlessly integrated bar production system for high-speed production, reaching a constant output of up to 1500 bars per minute in primary and secondary packaging.
- Two new machines extending the Sealed Paper Packaging portfolio – the SVE 2520 ZAP, Bosch’s proven VFFS machine series, and the PME ZAP mandrel wheel – now both capable of producing dust-tight, sealed paper bags for dry food such as sugar and flour.
- The first freely scalable flat pouch machine – the new Sigpack VPF – for manufacturers in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The VPF (Vertical Platform Flat Pouch) offers the best performance per square meter of floor space by combining modular flexibility with high production speed at a low overall operating cost.
- To celebrate the latest packaging partnership between Bosch Packaging Technology and Kliklok-Woodman, the proven Woodman P3c vertical form, fill and seal machine will be on display as well, aimed at the efficient and continuous production of salted snacks, such as potato chips, tortillas, pretzels and other savoury snacks.
- The new Human Machine Interface (HMI), featuring a uniform and intuitive navigation concept.
