The high speed punching and embossing machines from the german manufacturer, emmendinger maschinenbau gmbh, for the production of sealing covers, plates, lids, iml, labels and packaging segments of aluminium, plastic or paper, get a steadily increasing position on international packaging markets. The machines are based on a modular concept and a very solid and reliable technology with a production speed of up to 400 cycles per minute, which results with a 8 cavity tool in a volume of 3.200 lids per minute. On the drupa 2012 show, for the first time, the up to date development will be presented as a highlight, which, in addition to several process technology innovations, will be distinguished by a completely new integrated control concept with digital future orientated regulation components with highest energy efficiency and a small space requiring integration of the control cabinet into the machine frame.
