Modular labelling machines by Sacmi - the best commercially available solution in terms of flexibility and productive efficiency. After a successful 2015, at the exhibition the Group is showcasing a range of machinery that has earned the trust of manufacturers and bottling companies in the wine-making industry.
A one-stop solution - compact and modular - capable of meeting the most diversified labelling needs, and offering maximum efficiency in terms of flexibility, accuracy and cost-efficiency. The new KUBE range by Sacmi includes labelling machines designed with the main focus on the needs of winemakers, and will be in the spotlight at the next edition of Enolitech (Verona, Italy, 10-13 April 2016)
Displayed at the Sacmi stand (Hall F VIC, booth N 7), the KUBE K30 720 9T labelling unit will feature two self-adhesive labelling stations and one cold glue station. It can turn out up to 9 thousand bottles per hour and is characterised by extreme user-friendliness and low maintenance requirements - thanks to labelling stations on the outside of the carousel; it can accept up to 5 stations for up to 5 separate label applications in a single bottle passage through the machine.
Provided with an electronic cam plate control system on which motion can be programmed according to the type of application, the new KUBE K30 720 9T labeller is equipped with a universal screw feeder, controlled by a brushless motor, for flexible, efficient handling of all bottle types (from a minimum diameter of 60 mm to a maximum diameter of 120 mm) without having to change the worm screw. Thanks to the advanced management software - with a machine-mounted electrical control panel and touch screen - the machine can also be controlled remotely from any device connected to the company network.
The labelling stations - self-adhesive, KUBE ADH 40, and cold glue, KUBE CG 3/3 have been set up for the applications presented at Enolitech with all the required adjustments according to the bottle sizes in use. As optional equipment, Sacmi also offers robot-assisted axis adjustment, to make operation even less labour-intensive.
At least 42,000 visitors are expected at the 19th edition of Enolitech - of which over 20% from other countries. The exhibition is the most important event in Italy dedicated to solutions and technologies for the wine- and oil-making industries. For Sacmi, it will be a strategic appointment, to submit to potential investors a flexible and highly innovative product, intended to specifically cater for the needs of still and sparkling wine producers.
