Purchases under the NCIB will be made through the facilities of the TSX and/or alternative Canadian trading systems in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, during the twelve-month period commencing on December 23, 2020 and ending on or before December 22, 2021. The average daily trading volume of the common shares on the TSX for the six calendar months ending November 30, 2020 was 344,426 common shares.
