the easy pour and seal lid is a new flip top temper evident cream cap which is easy to use in hygienic manner. it allows the flip lid to be fully opened and eliminates the need to remove the closure from the jar. it makes consumer experience of opening, pouring and resealing cream containers much easier. the new flip top cream cap tamper evidence has connecting bridges located between the flip lid and the tamper band. the connection bridges are broken when the flip top lid is opened. it eliminates the tear band system commonly used on other cream containers which can be difficult to open and problematic when pouring. this cap is more sustainable with a lower carbon footprint than the previous closure. pact group has been awarded the 2015 world dairy innovation award for the this closure in the best dairy packaging innovation category. murray goulburn was first to adopt the technology, launching it under its devondale brand.
