toto ltd. has developed a new and easy way to set up cushioning. with the help of it anybody should be able to set up this 3d corrugated board cushioning just by folding precut parts of corrugated sheet and inserting them into prearranged openings. the amount of corrugated board used for packaging has been reduced however, it maintains the same quality and function as before. as the several dots support the structure, the new package can accept a content of any shape. this new approach reduce the assembling patterns and processes of the threedimensional structure when assembling the cushioning material, and has greatly improved workability. it leads to the standardization of packaging specifications, as a buffer material that can handle the packaging of almost all of bidet prroducts, reduction of packaging material usage per year 45.9t, co 2 has achieved a reduction in emissions per year 46t.
