the japanese multi nissha printing has acquired ar metallizing by the british investment company hig capital for 114 million euros. ar metallizing, specializing in the production of metallized papers for labels, has a value of around 136 million euros. recently ar metallizing achieved a turnover of 110 million euros. ar metallizing has three production sites in belgium, italy and the usa. hig capital had ar metallizing acquired in september 2012, and shortly thereafter the american vacument paper, which also produced metallized label papers. nissha printing expects further growth for the ar metallizing group.
