pianoro, italy &ndash at hispack 2015 2124 april, fira de barcelona, the trade fair that this year will be focused on smart, convenient and sustainable packaging solutions, marchesini group will show some of its best known lines and stand alone machines. at the stand booth nr d440 customers will have the possibility to see an operating track & trace line composed by the machine for carton labelling bla 309 and the semiautomatic case packer ps 310 tt equipped with a modern and technological control data system. this solution will be joined by the integra 220, a robotized integrated blister line, and by the rsf3l, a stand alone machine that fills and seals open ampoules. they perfectly fit the spanish market, in which marchesini group is present with the sales representative ste, established at the end of the 70s to serve the iberian market.track & trace linethe track & trace line is the final result of the collaboration between marchesini group and sea vision, the italian producer of high customised vision systems for the pharmaceutical industry. the upstream machine, bla 309, is an automatic labeller for the application of one vignette label on the upper panel of the carton. this machine built with an ergonomic balcony design that offers full access to ensure management comfort and guarantee a full view of the entire production process works with a carton accumulation infeed conveyor allowing smooth feeding even at high speed.the possibility to install all the main tracking devices available on the market makes the bla 309 a complete, easytouse and versatile solution, able to meet any kind of productive need related to pharmaceutical traceability. the semiautomatic case packer ps 310 tt, at the end of the line, is a fully enclosed structure machine specifically equipped for track & trace. thanks to a fast and easy changeover, it can manage a wide range of product working sizes and meet the requirements of safe working conditions and machine selfefficiency. the line is equipped with a sea vision server a modular software application able to manage the serialization operational features and the communications between the line level and the enterprise level of the company production site and a sea vision client, a single centralized, userfriendly interface providing several functions to execute easily the operations for the packaging process.integra 200the second line on show is the integra 220, a robotized blister line that is able to integrate in a single monobloc the two operations of blister thermoforming and packaging in carton. the mechanical movements of the stations forming, sealing, perforating and coding group, cutting are completely controlled by servo motors this guarantees easy format changeover and noise reduction. the line is divided in two sections each controlled by its own independent pc a forming station installed at the back of the machine, making the layout more compact and clearly separating the product infeed zone and a blister cartoning section, which allows the machine managements such as cartons or leaflets loading, the recovery of good blister in line in a single access zone. these two units are &ldquolinked&rdquo together by a robocombi, a patented marchesini integrated robotized connection that picks up with suction cups every single blister and places it on the cartoner buckets chain, without intermediate steps.thanks to robocombi, one of the best examples of made in italy robotic applications for packaging, the units are no longer made up of several single parts but of integrated blocks, which are replaced in just one go. the result is an efficient, ergonomic, easy to clean and versatile machine, that guarantees an output of 150 cartons per minute in a small footprint.rsf3lrsf3l is a machine that fills and seals open ampoules at a rate of 9 thousand ampouleshr. products are automatically loaded directly from the boxes or opensided baskets onto the conveyor where they are held firmly in position by a support. from here, ampoules are subsequently transferred by a continuousmotion scroll to a variable speed star wheel and then to the rake conveyor. only perfectly intact ampoules are filled, thanks to the structure of the machine, designed to guarantee efficient selfcleaning performance. glass fragments never enter the ampoule feeding lines when present, they are dropped into the tank installed at the bottom of the machine. perfect repeatability of the ampoule filling and sealing or capping operations, quick size changeover, in addition to the possibility to easily connect it to a sterilization tunnel installed upstream from the machine itself, make rsf3l a solution able to satisfy pharmaceutical market demands, in particular liquid products in a sterile environment.
