There is a choice of two different paperfeeding methods singlecardboard sheet feeding and continuous feeding. The lower feeder is equipped with an advanced japanese downdraft nonstop feeder and can easily adjust the angle of the nozzle to suit different types of paper. The machine uses a reliable feeding detection, front guide detection and double sheet optical detection. The feeding front guide can be adjusted upwards and downwards according to the shapes of various types of paper. This ensures smooth feeding. Left and right forwarding is used to meet various printing requirements. Transferring table. An adjustable rubber wheel and wheel brush are used to achieve the precise positioning of the front and side guides. Cylinder control is used for rubber wheel brackets, as well as a wheel brush for easy use. The forwarding design ensures high accuracy with finetuning. Diecutter. The supercharger design allows maximum diecutting pressure of up to 400 tons. The electric pressure adjustment system allows pressure to be easily lowered from the setpoint on the touch screen. The computer monitor, display system and 3d touch screen control display the machine&rsquos operation in real time for effective diagnosis of machine faults and error location. The three intermittent gear boxes and overload protection clutch achieve perfect positioning and security, while the diecutting plate frame uses a pneumatic plate lock device and middle positioning system. The majority of parts are imported and reliable in quality. Stripping. An upper and lower frame stripping structure is used with a plate placed in the middle of the machine&rsquos structure. This reduces the time it takes to make a plate change and ensures accurate positioning. A full stripping device is used to clear the tooth paper edges and improve production efficiency. Receiver. The nonstop receiving device using japanese technology effectively prevents the scratching of paper. The system has an electronic batch counter and conveyor roll receiving table. Safe and reliable optical detection devices eliminate the chaos and jogging caused by overstacking of paper sheets.
