As part of the agreement, SVT Robotics has joined OSARO’s partner program, which offers one-stop access for businesses looking to deploy robotic solutions in their fulfillment operations. Prospective customers can engage with an OSARO pick-and-place robot cell at SVT's Innovation Lab in Norfolk, Virginia, where they can see a live demo and learn more about the possibilities for advanced e-commerce automation.

The partnership with CLUBZERØ is being expanded to further tackle plastic pollution and work towards the sustainability goals. 

Designed to provide a zero packaging-waste experience through a convenient packaging return scheme, the expansion will see over 15 restaurants and cafes in London and surrounding areas provide the service with reusable takeaway cups and containers to London businesses. 

The multinational manufacturer is giving the iconic confectionary brand a revitalised identity by collaborating with brand expression agency Taxi Studio.

The packaging redesign is being put in place to reinforce Celebrations as a treat choice for the whole year round – not just for Christmas.

Taxi Studio believes the label struggled to retain relevancy in a market that has become increasingly crowded.

Overshadowed by constituent brands, the design team saw the need to bring Celebrations into its own unique identity to drive more equity into the brand.

The overhaul of the packaging and packaging waste directive, due on 30 November, promises to be far-reaching.

A draft of the proposal, seen by EURACTIV, includes mandatory recycled content targets for plastics, new ecodesign criteria to make products more easily recyclable, as well as a renewed push to put in place deposit return schemes for used items.

This breakthrough solution seeks to help brands and converters across the globe meet their environmental goals while providing customers with more circular curbside recyclable packaging options.
