Nice Idea.... It would be great if we can utilize this concept fruits gifting at Hospitals to the Patients. Little bit Customized for hospitals.

Seems to be more like Over packaging, infact Packaging not justifying the Oranges as gifts, :) Kiwi or Royal apples would really justify. hmmm may be expensive fruits like http://bit.ly/1T5fOLK ...
