Sunrise has introduced new FLOAT 3D™ technology, it is like a lenticular image, but its not lenticular, Since common lenticular images are printed onto special lenticular media, Sunrise's FLOAT 3D print process prints the image as well as the microlens pattern used to create the depth effect.
This process is done completely independent of lenticular material using acrylic sheets and similar clear materials. It can accommodate virtually any dimension up to 5'x10' in one sheet. The most popular materials for this application include 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm clear acrylic which create a fascinating depth effect. This printing provides the highest registration precision, visual resolution up to 2160 dpi, and super bright colors .
FLOAT 3D™ is great for retail window displays, outdoor and indoor posters as well as bill boards, POP/POS displays, displays on vending machines, and lightboxes.
