compleat is an asymmetrical patented, simple, enclosed cup with a drinking spout. it is a green alternative to cups with petroleumbased plastic lids. this cup is innovated by architect peter herman from bostonusa and graphic designer daren bascome. this cup can be used in three simple step that is fill, fold and deink. by folding the top into an arc like origami, consumer close the asymmetrical paper cup, entirely eliminating the need for a separate lid. the flaps close in such a way that no liquid escapes, unless consumer choose to sip from the spout. lacking a lid, the polyethylenecoated paper compleat cup could save money.
