Subsidiaries oystar jones covington, kentucky, oystar usa edison, new jersey and oystar packaging technologies davenport, iowa will now have a uniform corporate appearance as &ldquooystar north america.&rdquo the existing manufacturing plants will continue to operate, but will now be entrusted to a joint management team. The merger will also bundle the expertise and knowhow of the individual locations. From primary to final packaging &ndash american customers will thus receive all of their oystar machines and services from a single source. The company now ranks among the largest packaging machine suppliers in north america. The u.s.
