output capacity of up to 200 products a minute. besides the capability to process biopolymer film for inner wraps, the ltmduo can also use coated or laminated aluminium film, opp film, aluminised biopolymer, biodegradable film and glassine or wax paper. during the fair, the products will be fed into the machine with a handpowered feeding belt. at the first station, the bars are packaged in a sealed inner wrap of aluminised biopolymer film. the second station carries out a full wrap of the prepackaged bars in paper. product feed via servo belts &ldquosmart belts&rdquo ensures gentle handling and completely zeropressure feed while also minimising abrasion. broken bars are ejected. the work and time required for format changeovers has been reduced to a minimum and is even possible to complete in under an hour. faster roll changes and the processing of delicate films is guaranteed thanks to film unwinding via pneumatic mandrel, lateral fine tuning, rapid merging and pneumatic fine adjustment of belt tension and brakes. the ltmduo also delivers secure splicing and easier splice preparation. format changeovers no longer require cut length adjustment.faster format changeovers
